1. Who we are

This website is run by ET Music OÜ, registry code 14602613, Suur-Kloostri 2, Tallinn 10133, Estonia. Board member: Stanislav Tonne. Email for privacy questions: [email protected]. We are the data controller.

2. What we collect

Orders, donations and accounts: name, address, email, phone (sometimes), what you ordered and the payment result. We do not see or store your card number.
Messages and booking requests: what you write to us and your email.
Newsletter: your email address, the date you confirmed and the IP address you signed up from. We use double opt-in. We also see whether emails are opened, which links are clicked and the approximate country and city of the reader. By signing up you agree to this.
Instagram: if you comment a keyword under one of our reels, Meta sends us your comment and username. We use them only to send you one private message with a link. We keep nothing except a technical comment ID for 8 days to avoid sending twice. The link pages are hosted by Cloudflare. They count visits and button taps anonymously, without cookies. If you sign up there, we keep your IP address for up to 1 hour only, to stop abuse.
Website logs: our servers and security services keep short technical logs (IP address, browser, time, page).

We use no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies on the website.

3. Why we use it

To deliver orders and download links, issue invoices, answer your messages, send the newsletter, keep the site safe and follow the law. The legal bases are contract, legal duty, our legitimate interest and your consent (newsletter).

4. Who receives it

Only partners we need: hosting and security (SiteGround, Cloudflare, KeyCDN), payments (Stripe, PayPal, BTCPay, Wise), email delivery (SendGrid), delivery and merchandise (warehouse in Lithuania, the post, Printful, TPop), order automation (Zapier, Google Sheets), and Meta for Instagram. We send product information, not customer data, to Google Merchant Center and our Facebook product catalog. We do not sell your data. Authorities get data only when the law requires it.

5. Outside the EU

Some partners are in the United States. They use EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

Orders, invoices and payment records 7 years. Newsletter until you unsubscribe. Messages up to 5 years. Server logs up to 30 days. Instagram comment ID 8 days. Account data until you delete your account.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, limit its use, object to it, or withdraw consent (for example by unsubscribing). Write to [email protected] or use the Unsubscribe link for the newsletter. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) or to the authority in your country.

8. Cookies, children, other sites, changes

We only use cookies the shop needs, see our Cookie Policy. The website is not meant for children under 16. Other websites we link to have their own policies. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
